In a 9 x 9 inch ungreased pan, press the mixture and let it cool for several minutes. If you’ll cut them into a 2 x 2 inch bars then you will make 16. Serve in your lunch and enjoy.

The ingredients are:
• 2 tortillas,large
• 2 single serving packages of cream cheese
• 1 package of smoked salmon, in sheets
Instruction. You simply have to carry the salmon and cream cheese separately. Once you are on the trail and ready to eat lunch, spread a package of cream cheese to each of the tortillas. After that, put the salmon on each. Roll and serve!
